Meet Your HOA Board
Chris Gunsteen

He is a teacher with District 211 and the instructor for the Building Construction program, teaching students how to build a home from the ground up. During the summers, Chris completes all types of renovation work for people – with over 20 years of experience in the field. He also serves on the board at his church, Good Shepherd. Chris is looking forward to getting to know more of his fellow neighbors in Waterford, and is motivated and ready to bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
Jennifer Foley
An original homeowner and resident of Waterford for over 15 years, Jen is a Certified Public Accountant who has extensive experience in the homebuilding and real estate investment industries. Born and raised in Chicagoland, she owns a tax and accounting practice but most enjoys spending time with her teenage son and two dogs. In her spare time, she runs a non for profit national dog rescue she co-founded in 2011. When she isn’t binging Netflix, she loves to read, garden and horseback ride. Jen loves living in Waterford and wants to continue to make it the most desirable and enviable neighborhood in the area. She looks forward to all the board can accomplish in the next few years.
Chris Remo
A resident of Waterford for just over 7 years, Chris lives off Kelly Drive with his wife, daughter, son, and 1 y/o yellow lab Milo. He’s worked at CME Group for 15+ years in various capacities ranging from datacenter engineering, networking/infrastructure project management, platform software development, and his current role has him managing a global team supporting information security systems. A self described friendly guy, he encourages you to feel free to say hi if you’re walking by as he would love to get to know more of the neighbors. He has more hobbies than free time allows, but enjoys working on his car, motorcycle rides, sporting events (Cubs/Bears/Bulls), BBQ’ing, playing sports, and attending concerts. He’s looking forward to sitting on the HOA Board and hopes to help fully realize the potential of the sub-division.
